TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR STARLIGHT CASINO EDMONTON AT WEST EDMONTON MALL ("WEM")

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing and using the services, facilities, and amenities provided by Starlight Casino Edmonton at WEM (the "Casino"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. DEFINITIONS

In this Agreement:

• "We" or "Us" refers to Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited.
• "You" means the individual accessing and using the services provided at the Casino.
• "Services" includes gaming facilities, amenities, food and beverage outlets, entertainment options, and all other activities available on the premises.

3. AGE AND ID REQUIREMENTS

To access the services, you must be a minimum of 18 years old (or such higher age limit as may be specified by applicable law) and provide valid government-issued identification to prove your age. If we have reason to believe that you are under 18 or do not possess valid identification, we reserve the right to refuse service.

4. GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and potential harm to individuals and their loved ones. We encourage responsible gaming practices and provide resources for those who may be struggling with problem gambling.

5. PERSONAL PROPERTY AND BEHAVIOR

• You are responsible for your personal property at all times while on the premises.
• Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
  • Using abusive language or making excessive noise
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts operations or compromises safety and security
  • Bringing prohibited items (including firearms, explosives, or other hazardous materials) onto the premises

6. ACCESS TO GAMING AREAS AND FACILITIES

Access to gaming areas and facilities is restricted to individuals who have obtained a valid Player's Card from our Guest Services desk. Use of such access privileges constitutes an agreement by you that we may monitor your activity for purposes of responsible gaming practices.

7. SECURITY MEASURES AND SURVEILLANCE

We reserve the right to use electronic surveillance, security cameras, and monitoring systems within the Casino premises. Access to these areas is restricted, and unauthorized entry or tampering with such equipment is strictly prohibited.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You are not permitted to engage in any of the following activities while on the premises:

• Unauthorized duplication or reproduction of materials
• Commercial transactions without our prior written consent
• Prohibited electronic devices (such as camera phones, recording devices, etc.)

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your actions on the premises.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes or issues arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration under applicable law.

11. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice. You agree that your continued use of our services constitutes an acceptance of updated Terms and Conditions.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us with respect to use of our services. Any prior agreements are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
